30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at vivi@mangopetsus.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
Customer-Paid Return Shipping
For returns due to personal preference (such as change of mind or size preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will take care of the rest and issue a refund for the product price.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Because MangoPets products are large in size, return shipping costs may vary.
Please contact us before returning your item so we can guide you through the process smoothly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

We will send a free replacement, or

Issue a full refund, and

Cover all shipping costs involved
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, clean, and in resellable condition

Original packaging should be included whenever possible

Items showing visible pet use (odor, litter, stains, scratches, etc.) are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items used by pets

Return requests submitted after 30 days

Items sent back without authorization

Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
